3D CAD/ CAM for engineering parts and assemblies

4 seats of CAD/CAM on the shop floor allow programming to be carried out offline. Files are then downloaded to the appropriate machine

CNC Milling

9 CNC Machining Centres including 3rd, 4th and 5th Axis Control options for multi-sided machining and accommodating the most complex of designs.

CNC Turning

C axis control with driven tooling reduces the number of operations, decreasing machining times, and decreasing cost.

Inspection of manufactured parts

Attention to detail is paramount - our quality control program ensures that checks are made throughout the manufacturing process as well as at final inspection utilising our fully calibrated Co-ordinate Measuring machine for accuracy
